This is an action brought by the defendant in error .against the plaintiff in error to "recover damages for personal injury alleged to have resulted to her by reason of negligence on the part of the city in maintaining a defective sidewalk. Hereinafter the parties will be designated as they were in the trial court. The undenied evidence in the case is that the plaintiff, about 7 o’clock at night, was on her way along one of the principal streets of the defendant to a picture show; that the said street was lighted, and in addition to the lights of the city there was also…
