Pro se plaintiff Carlos Arias-Mieses (“Arias-Mieses”) brought this action against his former employer, CSX Transportation, Inc. (“CSXT”), claiming violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17 (“Title VII”). Arias-Mieses alleges discriminatory conduct consisting of termination, unequal terms and conditions of employment, and retaliation.
