Plaintiff Shirley Ann Dimps (“Dimps”) filed this pro se action against defendants New York State Office of Mental Health (“OMH”), OMH’s ' Manhattan Psychiatric Center, (“OMH Manhattan”) and OMH’s Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Center (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2, et seq.
