Appellants Sylvester J. Dimmer and Germaine D. Dimmer appeal from summary judgment entered for appellee State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in State Farm’s action for declaratory relief and from the denial of appellants’ cross-motion for summary judgment.
