Contrary to his pleas, Appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer members of disobeying a lawful no-contact order, and the rape of a female airman stationed at the base in violation of Articles 92 and 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 920 (2000), respectively. The adjudged and approved sentence included a dishonorable discharge, confinement for eight years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to grade E-l, and a reprimand.
