WISS, Judge.

In March and April 1989, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of conspiracy, larceny, and purchase of stolen property, in violation of Articles 81, 121, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 921, and 934, respectively. Appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge and reduction to Private E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence. The Court of Military Review affirmed these results in an unpublished…
