The Plaintiff, Patricia Ludwiczak (“the Plaintiff”), brings this action against the Defendant, Hitachi Capital America Corporation (“the Defendant”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d) (“the EPA”).
