MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The Plaintiff, Patrick Giglio (“the Plaintiff’) brings this action against the Defendants, Nancy Derman (“Derman”), Robert Kearcher (“Kearcher”), Benjamin Qui-nones (“Quinones”), Robert Bongiorno (“Bongiorno”), and Marsha Aleksunes (“Aleksunes”) (collectively, “the Defendants”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging a violation of his Fourteenth Amendment right to equal protection and alleging retaliation in violation of the First Amendment right against retaliation.
