PHILLIPS, Circuit Judge.

Castleberry brought this action 1 against NRM Corporation, hereinafter referred to as NRM, to recover damages for personal injuries.

From a judgment on a jury verdict for NRM, Castleberry has appealed.

Castleberry was employed by the Swan Rubber Company, hereinafter referred to as Swan, as the operator of a machine called an “extruder.” The operator feeds rubber strippings from belts of various sizes into a hopper in the upper end of a cylinder, which engages a six-inch screw or auger.
