SINGLETON, District Judge:

This appeal is from a judgment and decree entered by the district court pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 334(a) of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act condemning quantities of a drug product marketed by appellant under the name of “Ordinex” and certain labeling accompanying the drug product. 1 The decree and judgment was entered upon a jury verdict returned in favor of appellee, and appellant now appeals, asserting numerous points of error.
