This is an action brought by certain residents, voters and taxpayers of the City of Red Wing, Minnesota, who were formerly residents of the Township of Burnside, Minnesota, against the Minnesota Municipal Commission, an agency of the State of Minnesota, created under Minnesota Statutes Annotated Chapter 414, individual members of the Commission, the County Auditor and Treasurer for Goodhue County, Minnesota, and the City of Red Wing.
