This Court's opinion of April 15, 1994, is withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor.

As part of a plea bargain, James Lavon Bennett pleaded guilty to two counts of robbery in the second degree and one count of escape in the second degree. The trial judge determined that the enhancement provisions of the Habitual Felony Offender Act applied to Bennett's sentences. He was sentenced to two terms of life imprisonment on the robbery charges and to a term of 15 years' imprisonment on the escape charge. The three sentences were to run consecutively. Bennett…
