On March 29, 1995, the appellant filed a petition under Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., challenging his conviction for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and his sentence of 10 years' imprisonment, which was to run concurrently with his sentence on another conviction. The record indicates that the appellant pleaded guilty to the charged offense and that his conviction was affirmed by this Court on appeal.
