Upon the application of H. R. Scott, engaged as a real estate broker and doing business under the name and style of Pacific Sales and Finance Company, the Continental Casualty Company, a corporation, as surety, issued a surety bond for the benefit of “H. R. Scott, and his salesmen and employees” pursuant to the provisions of the California Real Estate Act (Stats. 1919, chap. 605) in the sum of $2,000, conditioned for the faithful performance by the said broker, his salesmen and employees respectively, in their dealings with the public.
