Plaintiff-appellant Robert E. Murphy appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendant-appellee Klein Tools, Inc. and subsequent dismissal of plaintiff’s action with prejudice. We affirm.
Plaintiff was injured in a fall from an electrical transmission tower near Farm-ington, New Mexico on August 14, 1980. Plaintiff claims his fall and resulting injuries were caused by a defective swivel hook designed and manufactured by defendant.
