This suit was instituted -in the district court of Okmulgee county, Okla., by the appellees, plaintiffs in the lower court, against appellants, defendants in the lower 'court, to recover the sum of $9,203.40 and attorneys’ fee, and cost, and for the foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien claim.
