The plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendant on June 19, 1934, whereby it agreed to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work required for the construction of concrete foundations for 300-foot and 600-foot radio towers at the Naval Radio Station, Summit Canal Zone, in accordance with designated specifications and drawings, for the sum of $47,816.00.
