Respondent appeals from a judgment granting petitioner’s requested permanent stalking protective order (SPO). See ORS 30.866. The sole issue on appeal is the adequacy of the evidence to support issuance of the SPO. We review the facts de novo, Hanzo v. deParrie, 152 Or App 525, 537, 953 P2d 1130 (1998), rev den, 328 Or 418 (1999), giving deference to the trial court’s express and implicit credibility determinations. We reverse.
