Kittay, the trustee in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding of debtor Luckey Platt Centre Associates (“Luckey Platt”), appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Alvin K. Hellerstein, Judge), dismissing his complaint against Daniel J. Kornstein and Kornstein’s law firm, Korn-stein Veisz & Wexler (collectively “Korn-stein”).
