Appellant, The Connecticut National Bank (“CNB”), appeals from a judgment entered May 7, 1986 in the District of Connecticut, T. Emmet Clarie, District Judge, granting a motion of appellees Fluor Corporation and Fluor Acquisition Corporation (“Fluor”) to dismiss CNB’s amended complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and, with respect to Count I of the amended complaint, for failure to plead fraud with particularity.
