ALETA ARTHUR TRAUGER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the court upon the Notice and Application for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses filed by counsel for the debtor and the objection of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”). The issue presented is whether funds in which HUD has a security interest may be used to pay the debtor’s attorney fees incurred in connection with the Chapter 11 case.
