MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER AS TO ALLOWANCE OF INTERIM COMPENSATION OF ATTORNEYS AND ACCOUNTANTS

Presently before the court is the Application of counsel for Chapter 11 debtor EES Lambert Associates (“Lambert”) for payment of interim compensation. Such Application was met by the strenuous objection of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), whose cash collateral must be used if the fees are paid from this estate.
