I. INTRODUCTION
This adversary proceeding was filed by Lawrence E. Rifken (the “Plaintiff’), the plan administrator and trustee of a liquidating trust created by the confirmed chapter 11 reorganization plan of Felt Manufacturing Co., Inc. (the “Debtor”).
