Defendants National Geographic Society (“NGS”), National Geographic Enterprises, Inc. (“NGE”), Mindscape Inc. (“Minds-cape”), and Dataware Technologies, Inc. (“Dataware”) produce and market “The Complete National Geographic,” a digital archive of all past issues of National Geographic Magazine (the “Magazine ”) on CD-ROM and DVD.
