Plaintiff Randal Holdner appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants William and Patricia Holdner. Randal is the son of William and Patricia. Shortly before the trial of his parents’ marital dissolution action, Randal brought this action against both of them, seeking a judicial declaration recognizing and enforcing an oral contract between himself and his parents.
