This case involves a dispute over a lessee’s obligations at the expiration of two leases—negotiated with two separate landlords for two conjoined buildings—that have spanned more than 50 years. Plaintiff Ross Dress For Less, Inc. (“Ross” or “Plaintiff’) is the successor in interest to the original ■ lessee.
