Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for two counts of first-degree sodomy, ORS 163.405, and three counts of first-degree sex abuse, ORS 163.427. The offenses charged in the indictment involved conduct against one victim (defendant’s nephew) in the 1990s and conduct against a second victim (another nephew of defendant) more than a decade later.
