Final distribution of the estate of Jennie C. McCauley, who died testate in the city and county of San Francisco on April 14, 1900, leaving no next of kin. She bequeathed to each of nine individual persons, and also to each of five charitable corporations (respondents), a money legacy. The money bequeathed to charity amounted to $30,-000, and the other money legacies amounted to $32,250, or $62,250 in all.
