Defendants, Sturm Foods, Inc., and its parent company Treehouse Foods, Inc., manufactured single-serve coffee cups for use in Keurig machines and marketed them under the name Grove Square Coffee (“GSC”). The eight named Plaintiffs each purchased GSC, but were extremely unsatisfied with their purchase. They claim that Defendants packaged, marketed, distributed, and sold GSC as premium, ground coffee.
