L. L. Swaney was convicted of the crime of conducting a drug store in Bucoda, Washing ton, a town of the fourth class, without complying with an ordinance requiring a license to carry on such business, and has appealed from a fine and judgment of one dollar and costs.
The facts were stipulated.
