(dissenting) — I can not agree with either the reasoning or the result of the majority opinion. It is to be borne in mind that the case is before us on the amended complaint, a demurrer thereto ■which was sustained, and a judgment dismissing the action.

The amended complaint is too long to be set forth in its entirety; a brief summary of it must suffice. Its allegations may be reduced to the following statement: Appellant is a California corporation, and as such has complied with the laws of this state relating to foreign corporations.
