This action was brought by the plaintiff, a stockholder of the American Boy Gold Mining Company, a corporation organized under the laws of Arizona, for and on behalf of the corporation, against the defendants Markham, its president and general manager, and Coffin, its secretary, to recover moneys alleged to have been misappropriated, and the value of stock of the corporation alleged to have been wrongfully issued to and taken by the defendants. Judgment was given against the defendants for $116,842.81 for moneys found to have been misappropriated and for the value of stock of the corporation…
