The plaintiff Wallace More is one of the heirs of A. P. More, deceased, his interest in the estate being one twenty-seventh of the whole, and of the value of ten thousand dollars. The plaintiff Louisa is his wife, and by Virtue of a deed made to her by him, January 5,1895, has succeeded to whatever interest he had in the estate at that date.
