Defendant was the driver of a car involved in an accident in which two of his passengers died and another was injured. Ajury found him guilty of two counts of second-degree manslaughter, three counts of recklessly endangering another person, and one count each of assault, reckless driving, and driving under the influence of intoxicants. The court sentenced him to 156 months’ imprisonment with 72 months of post-prison supervision and imposed a compensatory fine of $1,590.02.
