This action was brought for an accounting of the partnership property and business of the plaintiff and the defendant, John J. Shoo.
The complaint alleges that, in the month of July, 1909, the plaintiff and the defendant, John J. Shoo, entered into a parol contract of copartnership, “whereby they agreed to associate themselves together for the purpose of conducting and maintaining a billiard and pool hall and saloon and cigar business in the city of Coalinga, county of Fresno, state of California, and dividing the profits thereof equally between them”; that, by the terms of said contract, the…
