This is an appeal from a judgment establishing and enforcing a constructive trust in favor of respondent to a one-half interest in certain personal property in the possession of appellant.
From January 24, 1924, until January 5, 1931, respondent was employed by appellant on a ranch operated by her in Shasta County. On the first mentioned date he was approximately 40 years old, and she between 60 and 65 years of age. For his services during that period he received his room and board and certain disbursements of money totaling about $400, which the court found to be a portion of the wages due…
