— This is an action in four counts, each count upon a certificate of accident insurance issued by the defendant to the plaintiff, plaintiff claiming the loss of an eye by accident. There was a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $750 on each of the four counts, or aggregating the sum of $3080, and defendant has appealed.
The four certificates are identical in form. They are all dated the 4th day of November, 1925. They recite that the written application for the certificates and the by-laws of the association now in force or afterwards to be enacted, are taken together…
