This is a suit upon a total and permanent disability provision of a group policy of life insurance, with an individual certificate issued thereunder to plaintiff. The policy and certificate contain the same total and permanent disability provisions. The group policy was issued by the defendant to the Loose-Wiles Biscuit Company, insuring the lives of the latter’s eligible employees, among whom was the plaintiff who applied for coverage.
