— Appeal hy the Wabash Railroad Company from an interlocutory order of the Wabash Circuit Court granting a temporary injunction.
The suit was commenced in the Wabash Circuit Court. *297The brief of the appellant contains a very full and clear statement of the case from which we transcribe the following: The appellee claims that by virtue of certain condemnation proceedings in the court below, it acquired the right to cross appellant’s railroad.'
