MEMORANDUM OPINION
SPELLMAN, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiffs’ counsel’s, Norman Funt, 1 Motion for Re-consideration of Sanctions Imposed Under Rule 11 or In the Alternative A Motion for Relief of Order Pursuant to Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Request for a hearing on the same. Defendants, the City of Hialeah, Hialeah Mayor Raul Martinez, Hialeah Police Chief C.B.
