This appeal ensues from an action brought by appellee against appellants for cleaning services in the amount of $4,093.12 provided appellants. Upon filing its action, appellee caused a prejudgment attachment order to be issued by the Garland County Circuit Court pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §• 16-110-104 to -111 (1987).

In support of its request for prejudgment attachment, appellee and its counsel submitted affidavits alleging they believed appellants were about to remove their property out of state with the intent to defraud their creditors. Two days after being served with…
