Plaintiff seeks to have this court, in the exercise of its power of superintending control, order the defendant district judge to furnish certain addenda to the judgment rendered in the district court of Osage county in consolidated cause No. 15981 after a trial had pursuant to directions contained in a former opinion and mandate of this court to that one. Drummond v. Smith, 185 Okla. 613, 96 P. 2d 42.
