Where the trial court’s conclusions of law - that there was a contract implied in fact between the parties, that defendant accepted the benefits provided by plaintiff, and that the amounts invoiced from plaintiff to defendant were a reasonable value for services rendered - were supported by its findings of fact, and where the trial court’s order of expert witness fees against defendant was not made in error, we affirm the order of the trial court.
