*346This appeal is a companion case to four other related cases involving substantially the same facts, COA15-1280, COA15-1282, COA15-1302, and COA15-1303. The plaintiffs in all these cases own homes in a community known as the Cobblestone Subdivision ("the subdivision"). Cobblestone Homeowners Association of Clayton, Inc., a homeowners association ("Defendant Association"), was created in order to maintain certain subdivision common areas and to handle the financial requirements of said *347management.
