Heard on February 28, 29, and March 1 and 2, 2000, on two adversary proceedings involving ownership of 44 undeveloped lots in Edgartown, Massachusetts (hereinafter the “Property”). In a nutshell, the Chap ter 7 Trustee claims, through the Debtor, a one-half interest in the Property, while Nicholas Cambio, the principal of Universal Properties Group, Inc.
