This matter is before the court on appeal, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (the “Bankruptcy Court”). The Appellants, Southern Bank and Trust Company, Trustee James M. Pickrell, Jr., and Trustee Janice P. Anderson (collectively, the “Bank”), appeal the Bankruptcy Court’s dismissal of their Complaint by Memorandum Opinion of July 16, 2014.
