In this appeal filed by original defendants Jerome B. Kotzen, C.P.A., Daniel J. Paci, Esquire, and Friedlander, Dunn & Company (hereinafter “appellants”), we consider whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of additional defendants Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C. and Paul R.
