Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Tomlinson, J.), rendered January 3, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree (three counts), robbery in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (six counts), conspiracy in the fourth degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree.
