Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Richards, J.), rendered August 31, 2009, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of burglary in the third degree.

During the early morning hours of October 18, 2008, a burglary occurred at Bowlmor Lanes, a bowling alley and bar located in the Village of Massena, St. Lawrence County. Two days later, James St. Hilaire and Amanda Delosh were brought into the Massena Police Department on separate, unrelated charges.
