These bills were filed on relation of the District Attorney-General of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, upon the authority of our statute known as the Nuisance Act (Code, sections 9324, 9325), for the purpose of preventing and enjoining the Princess Theatre, in Columbia, from conducting what is called “Opportunity Night” or “Bank Night,” on which night defendant theatre proposed to give away a certain sum of money to the person holding the allegedly “lucky” ticket.
